New Summit Nest A | Near Trails, Lake & Village

Positive: The location is great, close to shops and entertainment. Negative: There was no gas for the BBQ grill. The dishwasher didn't work. The backyard is not fenced in.

Awesome place Positive: Close to the lake, village and restaurants! It was a nice and clean place. Such a cute and roomy house. Negative: The only thing that was uncomfortable was the bed. The mattress was too firm and hard for me to sleep in.

The rental team was quick to respond. We found the facilities to be in good shape. We had an amazing time. Positive: The outdoor fire pit by far was our favorite part of the property The property had a well stocked kitchen. Negative: The floor plan for us didn’t work. There was plenty of space. Bedrooms, downstairs, living area and kitchen upstairs, which made it a little bit of a challenge to get to the fire pit that was on the ground floor. Also, it is advertised as having two bathrooms. It does not have two full bathrooms. It has a full bathroom downstairs and a half bath upstairs off of the kitchen.

The property was very nice; the only thing is that it was too dark at night. The balcony lights were not working, and the heater was too high, and we were unable to adjust it. The property is nice but not as big as how it looks in the pictures.
